Questions people ask before applying
What is the yearly franchise fee?
₹75,000 + 18% GST, paid upfront once a year. The franchise year follows the financial year, April to March. If you join in the second half (October to March), your first-year fee starts from ₹37,500 + GST.
Are there any other costs?
Plan for your own travel. Outside Pune, you will also need an office space and an internet connection. Your MahaRERA agent registration (training and exam fees) is at your cost. You do not need to buy any property-portal subscription — we advertise your listings using our own packages.
Who can apply? Do I need real estate experience?
You should be 18 or older and have appeared for 12th (pass or not). We look for good awareness of your local property market, a good personal reputation in your area, good Marathi and Hindi with basic English, and comfort with computers and smartphones. We expect full-time commitment, a two-wheeler and a dedicated mobile phone.
How does commission sharing work?
Your share is calculated on the commission Natu Properties receives from the customer or builder, excluding GST. On your first 5 deals you receive 35%, because our team supports you closely while you learn. As you start working leads on your own, your share rises — up to a maximum of 50% in the Karbhari model. Higher levels (Shiledar, Sardar) may offer more. Exact terms are in the franchise agreement.
How will I get leads?
Enter your local properties for rent or sale in the CRM. We advertise them on property portals using our packages, and enquiries flow straight into your CRM login. When needed, we also run dedicated ad campaigns. We do not promise a fixed number of leads — they depend on your listings and the market — but our admin team reviews every franchise’s leads and calls and makes sure you have enough to work on.
How does training work?
In Pune, training is in person or online — your choice. Outside Pune, training is online through recorded videos, scheduled live sessions and calls on demand. If really needed, our founder may visit your city for 1–2 days of one-to-one sessions.
Is my locality protected from other franchisees?
Yes. Your allotted locality is exclusive to you for as long as your franchise agreement is in effect.
Do I need MahaRERA agent registration?
Yes, before you work on new builder (primary) projects that fall under MahaRERA. The registration training and exam fees are paid by you.
What about renewal and exit?
The agreement renews every April and is valid for the full financial year. If a franchise does not perform for 6 consecutive months, the agreement may be ended and the locality given to another candidate. All terms are written in the franchise agreement, which we sign before onboarding.
